If they are able to pay that and want to live in very smooth city. If you want to live like a boss there you can do it there with same money as you do it in many otherīs home country nittinī it out. One month in Budapest was enough to convince me that is the city where I should be. 5 dollar turbos with decent volume for example would be enough to live ok there, no joke.

If 700 € is too much you can find very decent apartments with 300 euros per month. You can party, play live (very small mttīs for micro grinders) buy-ins from 9 euros to 100 euro donkaments weekly, bigger ones not so often (I played like 4 tournaments per week average, some days I busted one, went to another pokerclub to grind after that. I can recommend Doyle Brunson pokerclub and Invicta poker club. Not as big fan of Universum poker. Anyway you can always grind online. We all have different motives but small stakes grinders wanting to enjoy the feeling the freedom of poker life with maybe most amazing girls in the world are going to like it.

If you love pubs, take 20 euros with you and take a tour. No need to be baller to experience Budapest. 0,5 l beers in many, many places cost like 1 euro.

Obv people have different tastes but all I want to say is try it...

Re: Room Avaialable Now in Budapest Poker House (with pics)

Hey guys,

Are you still located in Budapest?

I am going to visit Budapest for a short period of time (5 days) starting next friday.

Can you recommend any of the poker clubs there? I am mainly looking for small stakes cash games and tournaments. So far I looked at Doyle.hu and Universum.hu (which seems to be the most popular ones), but I am open to suggestions.

Kind regards

Cotton Poker is my favorite and located in the city center between the stations Oktogon and Nyugati Palyaudvar.
It's a little bit smaller than Universum but I like the atmosphere and environment better there.

I'm really not a fan of Doyle Klub, it's located way off and players recieve different chips of the same value. Quite unprofessional.

I'd go for Cotton or/and Universum if I were you. Enjoy Budapest!

went to cottonpoker once and it was really empty... Universum is the place to go if you are looking for a bigger field (about 100 on the weekends on tourneys and half of that during the week)
