I asked our broker about this before and she said its no problem if a "few friends" come over and replace any of us or taking over the house so to speak. Although as it seems now there will be 2 guys of us original 5 staying and the other 3 spots will be taken over by other people, one of them (probably) being Robin_Ripper. So that means there will be a few spots open if anyone is interested in taking a single spot in the house, let me know.

Ok cool, I should mention I did the same thing with a poker house in BKK, all the original renters were going to leave before the 1yr lease. I sat down with the landlord and explained the situation, saying we were either going to break the lease and lose our deposit or we could sublet, and they said "rent it out."

It ended up working out in the end but would not have been at all possible with none of the original people there *and* the landlords not being kept in the loop.

Hello. I'm an American looking to move to the Philippines at the end of June/beginning of July. I've been looking for someone that needs a roommate and fellow online poker players in Cebu. I'm an easy going guy, into sports, having fun and looking to get back online at Stars playing MTT and mid level short handed PLO/PLH. I was Army infantry and then played online poker for the last 4 years until my govt took it away from us Americans. I'm mainly looking to build up my bankroll, but I'd also like to see the sites, enjoy the women and party once or twice a week.
