hey guys was planing on heading too manila but not sure now the more i look into things I'm thinking Cebu looks more relaxed and laid back there,and everything you would want is there hmm yup Cebu it is

anyways i am young Irish man 25 laid back as can be loves too have fun party women and grind mtts,I'm moving too Cebu on the 4th of feb so if there is anyone out too show me the ropes days off the grind drop me a pm for my Skype thanks

Really curious were you ended up!
I plan on going to philippines to next month for atleast 1 month and maybe for way longer, mostly to grind online mtt's.
Also in doubt wether i should start off in Manila or Cebu.
