Hey all,

In June 2010 I will have a vacant room in my flat, which I hope can be filled by a 2p2er. The duration for which it can be filled is currently 1 month but it could potentially increase and I am prepared to have that discussion at a later date.

A little about myself:

21 years of age and a law student studying at a university in London.
Active member on 2p2 for 3 years or so.
Played poker for about that time and in the last six months have switched to MTTs exclusively and have taken it more seriously as a source of income with good results.
I feel that's relevant because I shall be playing full-time as of the start of June and am hoping someone with a similar goal/mindset might want to take the room - if so you know I am on the same wavelength!

The flat

The flat itself is 18 months old (new-build) and I have lived in it for that amount of time.
It is on the top floor of a 14-floor high-rise building with panoramic views of London - all the "hotspots" can be seen from various floor-to-ceiling windows in the flat.
All appliances etc are present including Sky TV with widescreen HD TV and all sky sports channels.
The flat itself is in zone 2, near Bow Road tube station, East London. It takes 15mins to get right into the centre of London. All casinos are within a 25min journey.
I can send pictures to anyone with genuine interest.
In terms of finance - £625pcm including bills but I am prepared to have a conversation with anyone with genuine interest.

Why?

My main focus for turning to 2p2 is because I am keen on getting someone with a poker interest in, as I am playing full-time during that period.
Current flatmate is moving out in a month and I'm not interested in getting anyone more permanent in at this stage due to poker and travelling throughout the summer.

PM me if interested/reply in thread and a conversation can be had.

Can vouch for breesy1 being a top guy and a determined poker player. It's a sweet flat also.

Haha, decision time I guess...

For anybody else reading the thread and perhaps toying with the idea... I've had a number of enquiries through PM's and I'm basically talking to people via MSN/Skype and seeing if it would work etc with that particular person.
Thus, if you're interested feel free to PM me and we can talk on msn or something and I can answer any specific questions you may have before making a decision within the next few weeks
