Add me too for a PM for Swimmin's ebook link please, I could use a good laugh.

Or I suppose you could post for everyone the search words on Google that would make it the first search result.

been watching some poker lately, random thoughts

think antonius might have been the 2nd best player outside of ivey, like the way he 'mixes it up' and 'changes gears' and seems inactive for awhile then 'picks his spot' with 5 hi

also just seems totally unflappable

nobody ever bluffs after a J72r type flop, if someone is raising you on the river here they have it every single time, and if you wanna step outside of the box take any 2 against a guy who can make lay downs and try a random river bluff there, just hope he didnt flop a set

every time (except 1) when a guy tried to hollywood or talk his way into a fold/call and did a bad job of it the other person read them right and folded........ just sit there like a rock and dont move or say anything

I know you loathe live poker but you should think about putting in 4 sessions a month or something for some extra income.

it's debatable if you can expect to beat the rake on 50-100 without real game selection, doubt he would want to play higher

Pretty sure he has enough of a net worth now to adequately cover playing 100 - 200 and be able to absorb the swings. Although he may not 'want,' to play 100 - 200 as you said.

It's funny because we clowned that guy for so long but you have to respect the longevity. It's like poker kamagra!

Considering the variance in tournament poker I'm pretty sure there is a legit chance Hellmuth's entire career has just been one long heater and in reality he is nearer the luckiest ever tournament player rather than the best, but obviously hard to be sure.

Either way, he gets to keep all the money, accolades and bracelets.

Not saying he wasnt running good but he was also playing when the fields were alot smaller which cuts variance down. Games were alot softer back when he was playing so a top % player had a much bigger edge then in todays games.

Hes clearly really good at the psychological aspects of poker. Making bad players make mistakes against him. Alot of the stuff he does is a big act like him crying etc to get tv time.

The interesting thing with him is he makes alot of plays that shouldnt be +ev when u see them. Dude just gets it done with that "white magic"

dante, i don't know why you think i sit here al day jealous of you.

you go to new cities, don't see anything, don't explore, don't socialize, you have no curiosity about the culture or food. your goal is to get a blow job as cheap as possible.

Hes not missing much by not being curious about food. Hes American we have the best food in the world. I've been to most the top foodie destinations in the world and only place that can compete is Japan.
