Safe...kind of. It's safe where you park at your home as almost all of the places are gated.

I'd be more worried about the roads themselves, a lot of them are very tore up with a ton of ridiculous potholes etc

I'm wondering, the ones you guys have dealt with, and would recommend, do they deal apartments in the $500 range as well, or only upper scale condos?

If they don't personally, do you know of any realtors that deal apartments, perhaps studios or 1 BRs in the $500 price range, that would still be so helpful with setting up bank accounts and what not?

Hello. I just finally decided 100% that I'm coming down to Rosarito on July 5 or 6. I'm curious if there are any cool, easy going online players have a room open or know of any decent living opportunities, or have any useful advise for me. I'm looking to come down for 3 months originally and see how I like things. I'm looking to be very serious about grinding a decent bankroll and only going out a few times a month. I am a winning amateur player since 2005 on PokerStars up until Black Friday. I want to play full time and see how things go. I have living expenses covered and a decent amount to throw with caution into the poker wind. I usually play NLH/PLH and PLO small-mid MTT (love rebuys) and PLH/PLO short handed cash games.

I'm 37yo white guy from Phoenix, AZ and was born and raised in the Midwest. I have worked in Real Estate, Appraisals, Mortgages, Poker Dealing and the Army (Infantry). I'm easy going, clean, organized and respectful. Math is my friend. I am into sports (love football and betting on it), rock/classical music and learning new things everyday.

I'm still looking for an open room or roommate in Rosarito. My time frame is now until I find something. I'm 37yo, from Phoenix AZ, winning online player, love sports, play mid stake NLH/PLH and PLO tournaments and cash and I'm looking for the next 3 to 6 months. I'm easy going, clean, organized, respectful, educated and ex military. I'm mainly looking to grind 6 days a week. I do party but prob only 2-4 times a month as I want to focus on poker and building a decent bankroll. Is it possible to live in rosarito and just never set up a bank account there? For deposits/withdrawals could you just use the 2p2 transfer thread to move money in and out of your usa bank account
