anyone know of a legit maid service in rosarito? Probably need to just find somebody's cousin/sister that is a local in need of $$, but we want someone to spend ~10 hours every sunday to clean the place and cook us meals.

Oz - bring a couple grand with you imo. You're gonna need 1st/last & security deposit for a place. At least 500-1k each for a bank account (I guess you could open a joint account), and then you need to get a cell phone, food, drink, life money.

Man, looks like I could get a really nice place in Rosarito. I was pretty set on Cabo and now I'm looking at these places reconsidering. Only a 3 hour drive from where I am now in santa monica. Prob get some really nice buds here being so close too... ****.. decisions.

Being 20 minutes from the USA and still having the luxury of a beachfront condo is kinda a no brainer imo!! Gl in your search!!

Yea, the herb situation in Cabo is horrible, so that's another big plus for some i guess. I think that location + cheap + bud are what make rosarito > cabo to me, but I'm also only here for 9 months, and obviously home is 2 hours away.

You drivin down to Santa Monica to come pick me up Boliver? haha.. if I had a car I'd def come down there. Prob bad idea to live there without a car though.
