i also have a gym. theres this cross training one right near my apartment which is pretty reasonable for the price and they have dumbbells and squat rack which is all i need. any particularly good ones that should draw some consideration? maybe a nice sauna or pool or courts or something downtown.

Does anyone have recommendations for good 1-br places to rent in Montreal. I want to start a short term lease starting Feb 1 for about 3 months. ideally Id like a place downtown near bars and people. I don't mind paying 2000-2600 CAD a month and would hopefully want a place that has a gym and a doorman, and is already furnished with internet etc. Any ideas?

Champs is good. I think it has a college to young workforce vibe, and it's a good spot.
