yeah we like foufs, we decided to not go there this past tuesday, a few places are good but tuesday is dead as a whole besides most of those spots mentioned

my b on flaking last night..laid down for a half hour and obv slept through..roommates' sleep schedule is killing me, might have to start looking for another place

Yeah I agree, but idk...foufs is just better than most places, even most of the thurs-sat places, unless you like really upscale stuff. Winnies is alright on tuesday too, generally has a pretty big lineup though.

I'm not a big bball player, but anyone down for some squash or tennis? For squash we can play at the downtown YMCA (i have guest passes), tennis there are nice courts in Parc Mont-Royal.

It's pretty easy to pick up, especially if you've played any other racquet sports. I just took a few private lessons and joined a summer league. The Y is pretty nice yeah, and convenient right next to the metro, although like most cookie-cutter gyms it's lacking in serious weightlifting equipment.

hey guys im considering relocating to montreal to get my grind on and finish elite. where would you suggest i live? what should i know regarding relocating and customs and migration? would have a car but prefer a city type setting where i could walk/taxi places. i really know nothing about montreal so anything will help. thanks!

people who play basketball in the montreal area, shoot me a pm or something. am 30-40 min north of mtl and have been unsuccessful on finding a decent place to play, although i haven't tried all that hard.
