This is fairly last minute. Ive been livving in BKK for awhile now and I'm moving down to phuket for december and have a couple possible people who want to get a place. If any of you are going to be down there starting December and want to join in on a place, give me a shout.

Trying to put together a 2-4 bedroom. It will be somewhere between $300-$700 per person depending on how nice a place we get. I will be there for at least 3 months. As long as you can commit for at least a month that is good, the longer the better.

The vibe of the place will hopefully be a good mix between poker grinding, grabbing beers, kickin it and going out a few nights a week. Im 24, but as long as your laid back and easy to get along with really doesnt matter how old you are.

I am planning to go to Phuket for 3 months beginning after the first of the year. This is something I'd be totally interested in.

I'd be interested in something to that effect, only thing is that I won't be able to consider this until at least the New Year, how long is this poker house going to be in effect?

Ideally I would consider it if its from around February or March.

If everything works out, will most likely be 6+ months. I will be in Thailand for a longtime, the question is whether at any point I want to move back to BKK.

I arrive in BKK saturday, anyone know what the weather is like at the moment? i.e is it sunny so I can bum around all day next to a swimming pool and catch sum rays?!

FYI most of those places with a 1 month minimum rent will be cheaper on a 6 month contract. for example, i'm pretty sure i saw that 3br 50k/mo place, and they were asking 40 or 45 for 6 month contract.
