what u mean with bond?

haha fair play with bringing girls back. in hindsight i can see why that looks like a stupid question obv that is one of the main reasons to live in thailand.

by bond i mean the money you normally put down as security when you move into a place and then get back when you leave so long as you dont damage the house

oh, yeah usually its 2 months rent as a safety deposit if you lease for 6 months

Jack wilcox moved into our house mid Jan after seeing this thread, he was with us for 3 weeks.

Yesterday morning he crashed his bike on the way back from a club and was taking to the hospital, he didn't survive.

RIP Jack, from the short time i knew you are a great guy, you will be missed and we woulda had some great times here, hope you enjoyed your time here and looks like you had a great night the last one, at least you died happy
