Hey hey. I'm just leaving Asia but have some advice if you decide to go specifically to BKK, and that is get a 1 bed condo preferably in the same building as friends/other players, close to friends, or close to a BTS. I had a poker house with 2 other guys which was great, but we realised the 1bed condo is wayyy better value (much more availability so cheaper that 3-4beds in same area, usually sick pool/gym, etc).

While a "poker house" would be fine I would actually much prefer a "sports betting house" or "sports betting condo".
Not sure if such a thing exists, otherwise open to discussing starting one.
