Hello guys,I have a house with 3 big apartments, 100-115m2 each of them, outdoor pool,2 barbecues, big terrace etc... 300m from the sea in Pula, Croatia. It is going to be poker house from approximatelly 1.10.2016. Or latest 1.11.2016. Till 1.6.2017. Until summer season begins. Minimum stay is one month and the price is around 250-350€ per person per month,depending which apartment is used. Moving to Rio. Zona sur area only, from Botafogo/Humaita and down. Know my way around the city fairly well. Will be grinding pretty hard until december, then high season starts and plan on going out a lot more.
