its expensive up here, its even more costly in toronto, i live an hour north of T on lakefront tho. going to be a rly good summer, i love being out of the city.

You most definitely can rent for that price in Montreal.
Vancouver is minimum of 1.2k and Toronto is pricy too.

It obviously depends if you are renting by yourself or with people but there are places for price i listed elsewhere.

I've rented for 1k+ in US which comes with swimming pool, gym, tennis court and other cool things that I rarely ever used.
If I'm going to be a tourist, I would rather go to places to eat and tour the city then pay extra for things that are not really that special to me, different preference i guess...

I'm planning on going to Thailand in June. Staying for few months hopefully if all goes well. I have played poker for a while and now I'm going to invest a lot more time to get better and move up. I don't really care what games you play but I hope you can talk about spots and so on. I'd prefer people around 20-25 ages so not a lot older than me but doesn't really matter.
