I should mention that Luke's had something like eighty quads at the Riverking. Most of them in a soul crushing fashion for his opponent.

Was pretty sick, not felt like that before after a poker hand From being so happy to BOOM wtf just happened so quick lol. Normally I will ask to run the board more than once on a pot this big, but it didn't even cross my mind, I was just so happy to see the A on the flop. I just walked out of the room, went home, smoked a joint then met with triad and another friend for a couple beers/food... Calmed down a bit then went back to play the $5-5 PLO. The worst part of it all was, the guy who won the pot ended up donking his whole stack off to one of the decent regs just before I got back -.-

Lol, the quads I had earlier in the day was slightly different It was around $900 pot, I had set of TT on ATx flop, opponent turned the nut straight, he had just over a pot size bet left so I just pot and we get it in, boom T river

Had another funny pot with same guy shortly after, I turned the nut straight with QJ on AKTxx, got it all on in turn with opponent who also had QJ, along with TT and a flush draw managed to miss everything and we chop

Instead I am going to try and establish an out call service with one of the bars so that girls can come here for players who are staying in the hotel. I'm trying to build an all inclusive experience here on the premises of the poker room. We already have a decent hotel with a massage facility and serve free food and drinks for every player. I just figured that getting girls here would be a logical next step.

I spoke to the owner of one of the bars in town and a mamasan from another and both were amenable to my idea of developing an outcall service with our club. I still haven't made up my mind as to which one to go with as there are pros and cons to both. I really prefer the bar where I was able to speak with the owner. I have been there many times before and the girls are very enthusiastic about their job. But he won't let me take any pictures of the girls which leaves me with offering the service for players rather blindly. The other bar has no qualms with taking pictures of the girls and will allow me to make our own menu for players to choose from. But she wants much more in terms of money as she told me that it would cost $70 for short time and $100 for long. The girls in this bar are pretty hot, but I don't know if they're that hot. Also, there is the fact that I haven't met a Cambodian mamasan that I trusted yet. The owner of the first bar is an expat and I would be much more comfortable dealing with him. I'll probably speak to him again in the hopes of changing his mind. Or what I might do is just spend some money and have a group of the best girls come over to the club one night and just hang out. I'll wait until a busy night so I can introduce them to the players to give them some sort of reference when picking girls in the future.

After swinging thousands of $ in PLO I think most players won't care much if the bang would cost $100 instead of $50.

I could definitely see myself going for a sexy break upstairs to reduce tilt before getting back to grind

Last night was the last with us for our friend Jerome, who is traveling to Vietnam and from there the great unknown. He had been with us since January when he played at the WPT then came to stay in our hotel and became a fixture in the PLO game. I first met him playing at the Red Fox when on his button he picked the game Super Stud. We've hung out a lot since so we're all sad to see him go.

We went out one last time last night and tried to go to this Korean fried chicken place in Sorya Mall. The problem is there are two Sorya Malls, one that is the actual Mall and the other a meth den filled with 75 pound addicted girls trying to pick up on 65 year old expat men. The driver went down a wrong one way street and by the time we got there they were closed. We then headed to another branch but then Yazzx texted me and said he was hungry. And do by the time we picked him up and finally got there they were closed as well. We finally settled on another Korean chicken joint called Bonchon and since we were starving probably ordered way too much.

After dinner we went to Darling Darling. I don't know if every single hot girl was on her period or something, but the lineup was absolutely dreadful. So we killed a little time drinking $7 martinis then headed of to the Red Fox. We each dusted off a few dollars, did one last tour of the girlie bars then called it a night. Not an unusual night per se, but eventful nonetheless due to the departure of our friend the next day. Safe travels my friend, you shall be missed.

The disconnections and poor Internet are a serious concern, living in Cambodia.

Is there anyway to completely bypass the disconnects on PokerStars?

I can probably count the disconnections I've had on Stars/other sites on one hand in a two year period. It's a myth that the internet is bad here, if you're willing to invest $10-25 a month on a good connection you will have no problems.

I agree with Sam in that problems of this sort occur usually when you play on free Wi-Fi that's offered in most apartment complexes. Anyone who plays on their own line will encounter far less problems. Personally I always played on my phone's data plan having tethered my laptop to it and I almost never encounter an issue.

I did give this a try when I was waiting for my apartment to install a wifi connection and it works fine as you say, the only issue for me long term is that I tend to watch a load of movies/TV online and it kills the data so I kind of need an unlimted connection.

Got piss drunk with the Koreans last night. We went to a place called Echo KTV, called in a few girls and drank a couple of bottles. We weren't really all that drunk until we started playing some drinking games. One in particular we sat in a circle and verbally counted off starting from "one". Anytime anyone's turn was on a number divisible by three or had the number three in it they had to clap instead. The KTV girls really had problems getting past sixteen. Then we went to a late night Korean restaurant for more drinking and some street food fare. It's 11:00 AM now and I just got a text from the day manager at Riverking if I could cover for him today. Today should be fun.

You say if you use the Internet freely that you may have problems, how do you avoid these problems?

I want to avoid these problems completely. How do I avoid these problems?

Has anyone had no problems with Internet connection?

Most apartment complexes come with free Wi-Fi. But this is unreliable in that it is usually shared with your entire floor. What we meant is that you should call the internet company directly and get your own line. Opennet is on the most widely used and reliable company.

I have a new rule. If you're a virgin then I don't buy you drinks. This is the situation every time I go to Rose Bar because there is one particular girl that I hang with. She has a younger cousin that also works there who I used to buy drinks for, but once I found out that she's an "original" I stopped. It's not that I take girls all the time or would even take her for that matter. But just something about the practice of putting in younger girls basically to be window dressing only irks me. The funny thing is I'm not even ask that into the girl I buy drinks for over there. I'm actually rather obsessed with her sister and while I can take her home, she doesn't seem to react all that well to me physically in the bar so I don't think she would be that into it. And she's never there which probably means she's always of banging multiple dudes ask the time. But then again I'll probably end up taking her home at some point.

Hey guys!

I have a quick question, i am traveling in thailand and combodia from march 23 to may 18. I will arrive in Cambodia on march 23 and leave on april 9-10 by plane to land in BKK. I already have a flight on may 18 to come back to canada(from bkk). I was told that to get a 30 day visa in cambodia i need a proof that im leaving in 30 days or less. Is that true? Can't i just get a 30 day visa and book a flight once in Cambodia to leave for BKK?

Thanks.
