My Manila sample size is pretty low and I've lived in Bangkok so long that I just avoid traffic situations here so could just me being dumb in Manila and always trying to go to the wrong place at the wrong time.
I've had to go to Jkt multiple times for work and trying to fit in 5 client visits in one day means your on the road at 8am and back at 10pm with the majority of the day sitting in traffic.
I guess the same thing could be achieved in Bangkok. So basically everywhere in SEA besides SG and HK SUCKS for traffic.

I've been to all of these places except Manilla. Commenting on Asia generally and not SEA specifically Mumbai is the absolute nuts low of traffic.

Why would anyone think about moving to India?

there's a malio club in the same building. do a google image search for malio club and you'll see the difference. there's a "secret entry" from malio club to malioboro and vice versa, so you can visit both with the one entrance fee.
