I'm considering traveling between Cambodia and the Phillipines to play live and online. I'm from the US, and I'm trying to figure how to get over the hump of not having a banking account in either country.
Following are a few questions I have:

How to fund accounts online while abroad..
What is the best online site to play?

I'm also considering moving to Asia for playing poker (I live in Europe though).
