Taking a last minute holiday in a couple of weeks.

Looking for;

-Nice weather
-Casino/poker-preferably close
-Beach if possible

Most of Europe has nice weather this time of the year, maybe except UK

As for beaches and casinos: Malta, Southern Coast of Spain, possibly also Majorca / Ibiza. They all have casinos but I don't know the current state of their poker offerings especially for the latter, but I think they had some.
If you want something with sure action Malta or Barcelona. Amsterdam usually has nice weather this time of the year too and is close to beaches

Barcelona has the main casino 50-100m from the beach and great weather.

pretty low for Europe, I think they used to have 5% capped at 20, but not sure. I have only been to this casino once so I have no idea, but I'd be surprised if anything above 2/5€ would be going on with any regularity.
Note though, while I did not have any problems this casino receives a lot of complaints for crappy service, strange rulings etc. You can find a lot of that on 2+2, I believe. Also note dresscode and passport requirement.
Barcelona is a very nice city though, one of my favourites
