Well, except for dumb arrogant drunken finns thinking they should be able to speak finnish wherever they go, like Old Town is their own private shopping center. I always speak english in bars/cafés for this reason, simply to not be associated with them. I'm not patriotic by any means but when I'm in Estonia I'm definitely anti-patriotic and can't stand finns.
There was also this retarded older (50-ish) finnish couple in the marina office last summer who sat in the waiting room (to get their boat signed in or out) drinking and smoking and were actually offended when they were asked to not do it in the office and then refused to leave.. wtf!
