I don't think you have to fill in your profession (at least I haven't). Most locals just go to tax declaration website once a year and press next, next, next and in 5 minutes youre done with taxes. And if you have to fill it in, then it's not really a problem to be "unemployed". Don't remember exactly because this happens once a year.

Registering yourself as unemployed is not mandatory (at least for locals), but it gives some benefits.

Sounds kinda sad - most ppl who I know and are interested in moving out to Estonia due to playing poker, wanted to do this because they thought that you can there play officially professional onlinepoker w/o any stress.
But it seems that also there you have to kinda play little undercover - this you can obv. do also in kinda more interesting countries like thailand, countries in south america... - that does not mean that Estonia is no interesting country, sure it is - but you get the point, I guess....
the big and important difference is that you play on a legal and regulated market, where games already are taxed.

that I what I got told before.
But it seems that it is still not officially so 100% clear on regulated sites like it is for example in Gibraltar or UK....

At my parents home I have 16€ (20$) for 5mb up and down (don't really know what I have in my appartment). There are faster options (maybe twice the price), but works for me. The price and availability of internet is really not a problem.

Re: Estonia

Hey^^

How can you organize a flat in Estonia without having the possibility to visit estonia before you move out in order to try to get a flat?
For example for malta there are a lot of great serious flat-agencies which are helping ppl with organizing a flat....

For Estonia I only know 2 flat-portals, but no real agencies:
http://www.kv.ee/

http://www.city24.ee/

But are there also real agencies who are organizing for ppl who wanna move out to estonia upfront a flat?
How you guys have done it?

Me and my brother planning to move somewhere at the start of 2013, Estonia is our best choice atm... Would be awesome if someone could give me a rough idea of how much it would cost us to live there for 3 months / 6 months... We want to live as cheap as possible...

Also, how do you go about joining FC Pokkeriprod... We would both be very interested in this. xD

If you plan to live in central city then id say 850€ per month will give you ok life style.(that is for 1 person. )

Unless there's anything new, the only place to play is http://www.olympic-casino.ee/casinos...el--casino_n97. The cash game starts up once enough people are out of the tournament, so perhaps 9pm.
