Best places to play in Bogota and Medellin?

Hey guys,
I'll be traveling to Bogota and Medellin over the next 10 days and wondering where I can find good games. Prefer cash but I'll play tournaments, especially if they're soft.
I'm female and traveling alone so I want to be in super safe parts of town.
