Yes but this was no longer offered since April 2010 I think, I know cuz I happened to get the card right before their promotion ended.
I asked why, the manager said it's because Schwab customers tend to be very good about paying their bills, so the CC was losing money lol. Is the checking acct still offered? It's the nuts, I don't bother to try and swap money anywhere when traveling now, I just go straight to the ATM at the airport or whatnot
