Poker accounts registered outside your home country?

I'm wondering...
do any of you guys traveling around the world/staying in a foreign country for an extended period of time, have poker accounts set up in that country?
by this I mean, your account on Stars or Tilt, or whatever site you play on, is registered to an address in the foreign country you are in, and you also withdraw money from your poker account to your bank account in that country?
does anybody do this/has done this, or do you all just have the account set up in your home country?
