Hey I am in Stuttgart for a week and I am looking for a poker game . Did anyone knows a place or a poker club ?

Quality of what? Players? I've not been in ages, but as mentioned above Stuttgart has an absurd rake, so surely the field will be much fishier than Wiesbaden which has pretty low rake, therefore attracts grinders. I've never been in the Bad Homburg casino.
