I have higher expectations for those I know and have trained.

When they start spewing retardedness, the retardnedness annoys me but also I see it as a failure on my part to train them well enough.

Actually if everyone could just agree to have these retarded discussions in the chatter thread it would help. That way newbs coming in looking for actual help re getting here/staying here, can do so with a much better SNR.
