I am staying in Chiang mai at the moment, i know the place quite well and will prob be here for a while. Definately nimmenhaimen area is cool, its where the young thai, a lot of students hand out. In particular monkey club and warm up are cool. Any advice just let me know.

In BKK all prices for condos are marked up, guess the islanders don't do it or it's cheaper there.

Doesn't really matter to me if I pay 500 baht or 1k instead per month anyway though.
