It's cheaper to fly to udon first than direct to laos and udon is quite fun.

You'd have to get the single entry tourist visa 3 times, quasi 9 month one only once.

Need to leave just as often but more chance of denial with 3 single entry visas. They know quasi 9 month one is applied for in your home country and required you to show bank statements with 200k baht+ and 'proof of employment' (but some places dont ask).

So you look less like someone working in thailand compared to 3 back to back singles from neighbouring asian countries that required less or no documentation.

They can't deport you from a land boarder but on the flip side it's much easier for them to deny you entry and just send you back into loas, cambo etc..

However i'd rather be denied at a land boarder than denied and detained at an airport til the next flight.

I've read they often don't bother to put a denied entry stamp in your passport at land borders. So you could then try again the next day, or pick a new border, or fly as a last resort.

There's a car lane at nong khai too, if you can get a taxi or laos girl to drive you through it's anecdotally even easier, just a case of winding the card window down and handing them passport, then you're in.

If you get deported at the airport do they put you in an individual cell ? Or with others ? How long does it usually take for them to put you back in a plane if there are daily flights between Thailand and your home counrty ?
I just woke up from this nightmare where i was put in a cell with someone who attacked me and tried to rape me. I managed to kick his ass but then I wasnt being deported anymore but going straight to thai jail with no possibility of getting a normal defence for attacking that man in the cell.

It's a shared holding cell with bunk beds, 700 baht / day or so. You just wait until the next flight as soon as you've paid for it, a 2+2er was there for 6 hours, didn't have the 20k cash on him. Had been on tourist visas 2 years, 1.5 on his current passport, had once overstayed for 9 days.

Actually now I read back he even had one of the 6 - 9 month multiple entry tourist visa things, it wasn't expired yet, this was in February and it was due to expire a month later. So he got really unlucky there. Apparently the IO at Suvarnbhumi looked really angry, wouldn't listen to anything and just rushed to fill in the deportation form and said 'you stay too long'.

They forced him to fly back to a country he had right of abode in (hong kong) and via the same airline he flew in on. Luckily he has 2 passports and just came back on the other one.

I don't think there's any consistent policy you just might run bad and get an IO whose girlfriend was banged by a foreigner or something and he wants to deny you entry no matter what, but you can do your best to take precautions like the 20k cash, land borders twice a year, few weeks out on visa runs, mixing up countries, ed visa, etc. Or you might run good. I did all of 2016 on visa waivers and had a 2 year overstay stamp, didn't have issues.

Being able to converse with the IO in Thai and give him / her lots of Khraps and KhopKhunKhraps helps as well.

For someone with 1.5 years of tourist visas in his passport, would Lao and coming back through the boarder be the best bet?

In my last Visa run I went to Cambodia and had a bit of trouble getting a TV, was asked a lot of questions and in the end they gave me it but said don't come back here or any of the neighboring countries next time. Would they have made a note of this on their computers?

I'd say yes.

They don't record reluctance to give you a visa on computers. They use a red stamp and a note in your passport. If you didn't get that you're ok.

Am I the only one that thinks thai girls fail hard at maintaining any kind of image on instagram?

Even girls with wealthy parents usually can only keep up the charade of sophistication for a week or two until they slip back to wearing pyjamas / grandma's comfort clothing.

I read it a couple times and still don't really understand the question but it beats visa questions or baht trades

I like www.google.com/flights the best for finding airfare. I would guess Air Asia has the best rates to Vietnam, that's what I've always flown there.

From my experience, http://www.google.com/flights is over priced compared to some other website

Interesting, I haven't found that when I've used them. I find a flight there then book it direct after shopping around to make sure it's the best deal. What do you recommend then?

Recently dropped down from 8 eggs per day MINIMUM to just 12 per week (exactly 12).

Very noticeable reduction in sperm load.

Anyone know if edging is bad for the penis longterm?
