There a great deal of dead links, but there are also quite a few live ones. By looking over these sites you should be able to get a good idea what your cost are to rent or buy a condo or house.

However, like every place else in the world, location is everything, so keep that in mind. Especially in Bangkok and Pattaya.

1. Do you know a guy name "tim sharky", he seems to be famous there. If u do, tell us more about him.

2. I have few friends that lives in bkk, but goes down to pattaya almost everyweek to party. Hotel is getting expensive, wat would be a nice service appartment there for a good price.

3. Are the beach hookers really 500baht? Someone told me that their are beach hookers for as low as 100baht. Is this true?

This is actually not as easy as it may seem. Was trying to find information about this and took me a looong time to find anything useful. And then I found out I could bring my motorbike for only like 3 months because of Thai law, so pretty much just wasted my time looking for transport options.

I'd highly doubt it but wouldn't be shocked. Even if true, you get what you pay for.

Yes 500 is standard for ST from beach road. They are mostly hounds but there are a few diamonds in the rough. There are a few legendary girls that get reported about on the Pattaya forums that are probably the best sex you will ever get, they are a bit older and mediocre looking but if its good sex your after then they are number 1.
