***. Entire wallet jacked at hotel lobby bar. looking at webcam for 2 hours we figured out who probably took it. Left a kind note under his door to return important cards if found. (addressed to all residents but only sent to one, and its a bit obvious when its handwritten by a westerner, oh well)

anyway, might be needing to trade moneybookers for cash if anyone can help a guy out. ill hit up family or friend from home for a flight out of here - no prob.

its ok, i was coinflipping on whether to leave in 5 days or stay a month, and my decision has been made.

to those that have met me I'm sure you wont be shocked by this post. To those that havent, I'm sure you wont be shocked by this post.

in bkk btw. serious about mb transfer. im sure it will be fair terms

Not trying to be a douche but, hotel lobby bar? And you carry everything of value around in your wallet?
Regarding visa situation it seems flight in/out same day is best option if you value your own time over 100 baht per hour which i hope you do. That is unless you find some adventure value in a cramped mini van trip and can justify spending 10+ hours in that setting for the laughs if it

Yeah, I think I might join. I train at least 3 times a week. I have been twice to RQ now. Both times first lifting weights then going for a swim afterwards. The rock climbing looks fun as well and might learn how to play tennis.

I take it you're a member then? What kind of membership do you have?

Yes, I recommend Singapore because it is a first world nation with competent employees and because Changi is so effin awesome.

With Tiger airways, it is something like 5K and you can get in and get out within 3-4 hours. Just go through immigration and tell them why you're on such a brief visit. Hang out in Starbucks for a couple hours and then go back. It sure beats travelling to Isaan and Laos surrounded by the surly french and backpackers. Although Vientienne does offer croisants and coffee. To bad about the french though.

Cash problem solved. Was able to log into my online banking and send a western union to myself.

this may seem obvious to some (or most) but to anyone that hasn't done it: write down all your card numbers so you can put through a transaction or two before you have to cancel, if you have to cancel.

cambodia is the easiest to get a visa extention

Nah it was almost a ****ty note but its pretty much sorted out now. Didnt lose much baht, have money from western union to myself - cost me 12 bucks to send 10k. ill buy a ticket home in a few days when I get my new cc.

Really I can stay if I want, but i was leaning towards going home next week anyway and I think that's what I'll do.

I'm going to spend the summer hanging with family, golfing and detoxing. Then maybe I'll give this another shot in October with a fresh liver and 6 months of no sex.

I know the feeling dude, last winter I was in Vegas for 6 months and pretty much turned
into an alcoholic, came back home feeling like ****...basically detoxed for 6 months and went to gym every other day before I came here...

so im going to Laos soon for a few nights, maybe 1-4 days. my "gf" asked if she can stay in my loom while im away, the average cost of my room is 369/day after bills.

Would i be a dbag if i told her to give me 150baht/day?

Got my motorbike impounded today because I got pulled over without ID/license/passport. The police were kind enough to lend me another bike they just impounded (was sitting on the side of the road) to go to the station and pay the fine.
