Hi Guys, been toying with the idea of moving out to thailand and would love some serious advice. Little info about myself

*32 year old guy, no commitments n steady income atm
*Play online cash small limits 25/50c 50/1 6 max
*$10,000 fall back net for rent life issues

What levels do guys play online in thailand typically?
Whats basic costs out there monthly
Would my $10k safety net be enough short term?
What are the girls like out there and how easy too hook up
Im a UK player prob has no bearing

I am going out just for a holiday, may teach or set up an ebay business if I enjoy it there. I will play poker, but im not paying it as my "living source". I see it as a passive income.

lol @ bolded, thats what everyone says who never been to Thailand.

my plan is to spend around £600~, with food/rent/partying. my aim is £20 a day in Thailand (which I done before and had a blast, staying in aparment this time so my living costs are even cheaper), I wont be partying everyday, and I eat food from the street instead of restaurants.

girls are hot as. Dress well and you wont have a problem.

not dissing your age, but I dont mind sleeping in a small room and eating on stalls on the street. your a bit older (30 still young ), so you might be more conditioned to what you like and what you dont, if thats the case then it may cost you more then it does me. I have no problem eating in places were rats are running about, others wont, but I find the older people are, the more they like what they are used too.

edit: apprently Prodigy are playing at bed supper club on Thursday, if anyone cares (heard from another forum)
lol, i don't know why i'm surprised PE is one of those guys, but I am.

also, it's not Prodigy, it's Leeroy Thornhill, one of the original prodigy dancers. very influential in dance, you could say last year's big "Shuffle" craze was a descendant of his dance style. that said, he had no musical input in the Prodigy. he's been a Producer/DJ for some time, and is worth going to see for fans of dance music.... but still, it's not Prodigy.

Pokerstars will transfer your funds from your Fr account to the new account with the address in Thailand.
That's what they did for me.

Peoples Elbow you do a very good job of disguising your bs from what is actually genuine.

I'm not sure exactly which of your posts/statements are bs/levels and which are for real.

Cleaned up the wounds with alcool, poured a ton on them lol. The put antibacteria and white wraps the pharmacist told me. The wounds are deepish tho, so blood is not coagulating much and its coming through the wraps. I can’t sit anywhere without having to watch out for stains. I dont know how I’ll be able to sleep without making blood stains on the sheets...

Any idea on how often i should change my bandages? Do i need to reclean the wounds? Or just stick with antibacteria from now on? Mosturizing cream?

I thinking of talking some of the antibiotics i have on hand as a precautionnary measure agaisnt infection. Good idea ? Bad idead? Discuss.

dont go near the beaches or anything like that. im no dr, but I think your meant to change the bandages every 24hours. id put bottle water on there too dunno how safe the water out the sink is. id clean it with water and re apply bandages every 24hours.

id prob stay off the antibiotics , not a fan of them.

ps im no dr.

Topical and possibly oral antibiotics may be a very good idea - but only if you take the right amount of the right stuff at the right intervals. Otherwise, it's pointless and may actually hurt you long term.

Also, don't be so ghetto.

If it's more than a few scrapes and bruises, just go to a hospital or clinic. If it's just scrapes and bruises, don't be an over-analyzing bitch and just wait it out. You don't need to do much of anything.

If you go to a cheap non-tourist hospital or clinic, seeing a real doctor is dirt cheap.

AND there is potential to meet some super hot girls wearing nurses outfits.

Talk about good value.

If your wounds won't stop bleeding and you're seriously concerned about them being infected you should go to a doctor or the ER. Did you at least make sure you washed all the gravel or dirt out?
