if you don't reenter by the expiry date, your second entry is invalid.

If you had to re-enter the country before the 19th, that means the 18th is the last day you had to use your second entry. As of today your visa has expired and you will need a new one.

like others said all the entries you didnt use became invalid on the 19th. you have to enter one day before that date to use them

you might have issues coming back in the future, though. i don't know anyone who's done it. also, if you get caught, you could go to jail/be ejected from teh country

afaik if you do overstay and make it to the airport and pay the fine you wont have any problems in the future but that doesnt mean you should overstay because of the latter part of your text

AND because when you are overstaying you cant really fly since some airlines check your visa status even for domestic flights and around half of the hotels I have been to check and enter your current permission of stay date to their records

You can overstay 20 years. You just pay the 20k Baht and you are welcome to come back. This has been well documented on ThaiVisa - people overstaying huge amounts of time and every time they report back no issues, they don't get blacklisted etc.

Just don't get picked up in country, then you may face criminal charges and be held at the immigration jail until you are deported.
