Finally got a thai bankaccount btw, there's no legal risks in cashing out from stars to BKKbank right?

No risks people ITT did it for like a decade, but I think you'll find stars just removed bank wire cashout option to thailand, a few months ago. It doesn't show up in the client.

At Mind Serviced Residence, close to the action and 'non sleazy' with decent car parking area. You can get studio,1bed,2bed. staff is very friendly.

Forgot my pincode to my creditcard. Is it possible to take out money in person at the bank without the pin code?
Ask us about Thailand! Quote

yes, thats how it works

You wouldn't ever need your pin at a branch.

That is so wrong and all levels. Stop giving this bull**** info if you have no clue.
All Banks can open a account for you, but as many other things here in Thailand it comes down to the person you are talking to to and what rules the branch managers have set. If you get no in one bank go to the next, doesnt matter if its the same bank but different branch.

That's true. I wouldn't blame the guy though, if you are from first world country and someone working in the bank says that to you with full certainity, you tend to believe them

If a guy used his thai girlfriend name and bank account to set-up and fund his poker account through netteller has he risked any legal problems for her? On a scale of 1-10? And should he be using a vpn?

doubt there would be any issues for her, but I wouldnt let a thai girl have any access to my money no matter how much you trust her.

she doesnt need to have any access, you can insta transfer money from her acc to your account.

just that neteller-bank % gonna be pretty high and its gonna be a pain to verify the account

Just found out about the fees as well, expected to be able to withdraw neteller US$ to my thai US$ account, they don't even allow withdrawals to THB.

Does anyone know if skrill does?

yea just make another bank account in your name and insta transfer when your money hits if you dont trust her.

also use your own phone number and email when making her bank account and she will basically have 0 access to the money, won`t see when it comes etc

i wouldnt worry about neteller acc in her name because they have no clue what that is

Do you guys have any tips for a visa run to Vietnam? Also, please advise the costs involved.

Or is there any other way to get extension of stay without leaving the country?

Much appreciated

Depends how long you've been here, after 90 days on tourist visa or 60 days on visa exemption then no, there's no other way. If 60 or 30 respectively, you can extend.

You could get on an education visa for 20k at pro language asoke and then after leaving the country once to get the visa, that'll last you a year once you're back. Lot of poker players doing that lately, the 'ed visa clampdown' seems to be over now (hi lol69).

http://www.nomadicnotes.com/how-to-e...ailand-visa-in

I arrived 27 days ago for a 4 month stay and recieved exempt stamp.
I'm doing this border run Friday.
https://www.tielandtothailand.com/ea...nang-malaysia/
For something different to do.
I'll grind on the long train ride as long as my internet holds up.
I'll get the 60 day tourist visa then extend 30 at the immigration office(the link above)and my 4 months are covered.
