doing monthly will get you a discount...they usuall give daily rates, weekly rates and monthly rates. You can also contact the seller to negotiate the price which they can change from their end. Seen some people advertise 5month+ on airbnb so i assume you can book couple of months at a time

yeah u just see a calendar of dates on the listing and select as long as u want, as long as no one else booked it. discounts for longer.

I booked an appartment in bkk on airbnb for my friends and me. Price listed is about 70 euros a night. At first he didn't want to business outside of airbnb. But within 48 hours I got a special offer for less than 50 euros a night. And we're only staying for 1 week. So yeah, definitely don't insta book without talking to the host.

Book only a day a few weeks in advance and once you get the person's phone number, contact them and say you changed your mind can you book for XXX long and you will pay them cash. Saves the 3% service fee and any further vig fees the host has to pay AirBNB for withdrawing. That's what my friends do.

Although I'm not sure why people here are want to save a few dollars on accommodation in a third world country, I guess games must be hard for some of you guys.

if im spending 2k$ in phils (makati/fort)..how much you think i could save in thailand to keep same lifestyle?

spending 1k$ on apartment in phils, 1k$ spending money which is going out twice a week and take out every meal.

i can get apartment for half that price for something similar in bkk right?

too many, had small disconnections last days and sometimes working really slow. 99% of the time works fine and is crazy high speed, but as u said last days is failing a lot

Contact your nearest Thai embassy/consulate, and have them confirm their specific requirements (return ticket, proof of funds etc), for issuing a tourist visa, and whether they do multi-entries.

Then, if possible, apply for a double or tripple entry. An entry gives you 60 days, which can then be extended ($60) at an immigration office in Thailand for another 30 days. To activate next entry on your visa, you will have to leave and re-enter Thailand.

i'd use it sparingly though. for something a bit weaker, but still good and healthier, this stuff is 130b for 20 lol, found in tesco. ginseng has been used as an aphrodisiac for generations. combined with coffee is a double whammy
