Coming here looking for white girls is dumb but I don't think anyone ever does that just hopes to catch a few along the way.

Spicy was like 3mins outside my apartment door when I lived in BKK. I tried going to it like 4times and it was always balls. Would take that off the list only people liking that place is the cabs lol.

Of the places you listed I had my best time at Shock 39. Found me a hottie who worked at cowboy 2. Still talk to her on line chat. Insanity/Insomnia was normally ok for me but I prefer the patts one.

I lived maybe too much time in Phuket??Its fun after the whores i wanted living here, but alone dont have fun here.In Phuket when u boring,u should pick up a girl for 1000baht or sometime free...here i dont want(3times more the price)

Can anyone in Phuket recommend any cheap markets to buy skate/surf clothes? The nearer to Rawai the better. Went to the night market in town but they aren't haggling for **** anymore.

How difficult is it to get a motorbike license in Samui? What do I need to bring when I go?

You need to go to immigration and get a certificate of residence first (for which you may or may not need a non-immigrant visa, depending on what kind of mood they are in), then you need to go to the MOT at 8:30am-ish to start the process.

The test itself is very easy, but expect to be there most of the day.

Just booked a hotel in bangkok but noticed it says there might be an additional charge if i want to bring anyone else there? How much is this charge, is this normal, and how do i tell which hotels have them and which ones dont?

Yeah it's a joiners fee. Usually it's 1k. Some hotels do it to rake in extra money from sex tourism under the motto of discouraging it.

You can check pattaya addicts forum about it or google the hotel in question.

Some kind of rental agreement or proof of address might be required. TBH it's completely unpredictable whether or not they will give it to you, no harm in trying though.

there's a seemingly limitless supply of hotels in bangkok. find one that definitely doesn't charge a joiner fee.

If you booked online at agoda or something similar it may be a standard disclaimer - Ive noticed it before, but the hotels clearly werent charging a fee.

You need;
1. passport
2. 1 passport sized photograph (they can take your photos at the Immigration office if you do not have any)
3. proof of where you are staying (you 100% DO need this).

I dont have a rental agreement, so I asked my landlord to give me a signed photocopy of his house book (called a "Tapia Ban", or something similar). I take this with me to immigration every time I need a proof of residence form.

After you have handed in your documents expect to wait about 1 hour.
