My account on Neteller is USD. Neteller can not send funds in THB or USD. So i had to send in Euro, paying a 2.5% conversion fee, then, after being received at Kasikorn, pay another conversion fee to convert to THB. Neteller also charges a fee for the wire itself.
You can also apply for the Neteller card, which i have never done or tried. They claim only a 1% total fee, though i wouldn't be surprised if another fee came up.
Taking out 35,000+ baht cost me around 7%.
