Are you white? I assume you are cause you are categorizing all girls in Korea as "they". I think it all depends. If you meet girls in Clubs, etc, they will have more experiece with games and they might play games with you. But there are many Korean girls who are decent and don't play hard to get. ( if they play hard to get it just means they don't like you for real) If you are white , you would have advantage with some girls who think it's cool to date foreigners. ( although general images and popularity of foreign males have diminished significantly over the years imo). I find Korean girls in general more materialistic and status consicous compared to North Americans. So as long as you demonstrate good value, it should be pretty easy.

You ask any heterosexual guys whether American girls are worth dating, they will all say " wat". You are talking as if Korean girls are some special species, which they are not, they are the same women as any other girls over the world.

There will always be some girls who are shallow gold diggers , and always some girls with sincere hearts no matter where you go in this world. You are just more likely to meet the shallow types in nightlife settings.

Talked to my Korean buddy who said that the chasing around bit is fairly common and shouldn't be a huge turn-off if you're genuinely interested in a girl.

I suppose it's just a different dating culture.

...since when don't you have to chase around and show attention to American girls?

How much experience do you have in the American dating scene post-college? Sure in college all you need is some booze and girls are easy, but once you get out girls start to care about your value (financial, physical, emotional) other than just if you have a dick and can socialize normally.

I do not think this attitude is specific to Korean girls

The above quote is pretty solid.

I'd recommend reading "The Game" , although the concept needs some modification in Korean culture. More value and less cocky than described in the book, it should be an easy game unless you are a ugly fat boy. And stop with" Im white and know some Korean so all bitches will crumble nonsense". You know it aint's that easy. ( except for the ugly ones that only western ppl find hot lol). There's KPUA group well organized in Seoul ( you'd know what I mean if you read the book)

Don't know where you got that idea from. I even explicitly stated in my other thread that the idea of OMG FOREIGNER SEXY TIME was a myth.

lol so i was talking to this middle aged american guy here in seoul and he was telling me this story about his korean now exgirlfriend.

apparently he bought a christmas gift for a old friend back home in the states who happened to be a girl. korean girlfriend finds gift that doesnt have her name on it. freaks out and incurs 18mil damage on his apartment lol. then goes and breaks all the windows on his car. he had to get a restraining order and everything lol.

after he told the story, i asked how he had met this girl to begin with. (she seemed like a violent person obv). he was like "oh she owns a cafe i went to)

kinda made me lol. typical 아줌마?

yeah you're pretty wrong on this one guy. White foreigners have a pretty good chance of picking up korean girls. Hot girls? Not so much but hey it's common knowledge for foreigners to have some appeal if they don't come across as creepy. However, imo people who have yellow fever have a pretty weird sense of beauty when it comes to Asians
