All the apartments in that area are huge, but considering the size decently priced (smallest 70 m², only checked casa.sapo.pt so far).
Do you think the landlords are likely do discriminate against foreigners, in the sense that they will give me a hard time finding an apartment? Also I recall you said that not speaking Portuguese should not be a problem in the major cities, is this different for Ericeira as it is outside of the city?
Thanks for the video D33P. That is a very small town though, though I guess if I want to go to Lisabon, it is just 30 minutes away, as they said in the video. And you are sure that internet will be legit there? Naturally fast and, more importantly, stable internet is crucial. Also do you have to wait for a long time to get a connection setup?
Anyway, thanks for all the information so far.
connection setup is fast, between 5-15 days, if you want it faster you can buy a mobile net pen device and hook it up yourself in 5 minutes (while you wait for the setup).
Hey D33P, do you have any information on health insurance? I'm thinking about how to manage health insurance for a potential move. I'm not sure I can keep my Austrian health insurance if I do not have my main residency there, or atleast not without paying a premium. What's the health insurance like in Portugal and how much can I expect to pay?
hey man, i was wondering.

i would say the Cascais line (between Lisbon and Cascais) or Figueira da Foz.
for 800€ a month you will have more options in Figueira da Foz.
Hi, I'm coming to Lisbon from Helsinki, Finland as an exchange student for 5 months in the beginning of February and I have few questions. Are cash games rolling every day at Casino Lisboa? Stakes? How good are the games? What kind of tournaments? Or should I rather go to Casino Estoril?
Do you know anything about my school Universidade Nova de Lisboa?
Sorry, just saw this now don t know if you still need help. You have a 120€ tournament on Lisbon every month, but no cash games at all. The tournament is a 2-day ~200 players, somehow turbo, but the field is very soft and you will have a big edge if you are good at turbos.
In Estoril you have a 5/10 game most nights, it is still soft some nights but not as it used to be. You also have 2/5 2 nights week, and a 2/5 PLO game 1 day every week. Also, there is a 1/2 electronic table, but rake is very big in this one. One 275E tournament every month that usually get 200+ people playing on it.
