Where are the best places to play live NLHE in manila? Ive been to city of dreams and Solaire but the highest games that were running when i went was 100/200. Is there any casino that run 200/400 or higher?

I have two questions hopefully some people here can answer;

1) Is online poker legal in the Phillipines? If the authorities knew you were playing would you have a problem with them? I'm sure you can play and not get caught, but I'm asking about the legalities of the situation.

2) If it is legal are gambling winnings taxable?

There is nothing special to it. It's just an expression some filipinos say when in a situation they are forced to speak English. Like if they are in a conversation with an English speaker and having a hard time in their mind translating to English what they want to say. So like they are really trying so hard and struggling that it could cause them a "nose bleed".

This definitely happened and especially with the Davao office. They added aircon, a bigger flatscreen TV, a copy machine right there instead of the building around the corner, coffee and drinks. The forms required less work and information to fill out. Was in and out of there in less than 30 mins even with a lengthy overstay.
