The place where my mousepointer is at is where it's at.
It's slightly hidden but def not superhard to find.

I included the osmena circle as a reference point.

Great diving in peurto galera. Go to sabang, not white beach. However, know what you are getting into, as the night life is kind of slimey. Asia divers at El Gallion resort are very good.

Don't go to boracay for diving, but go for the beach. It's great.

lived right across from one of the better restaurants in town that had huge portions so u could get 2 meals off each meal (sometimes 3) food in subic is a bit annoying grocery stores are far so i ate tat this place almost every day, on the sexperv boards when reading about this place a certain waitress was mentioned, the first time i went in after reading about her she was the one who took my order, she was very friendly and talked to me a lot, people there joked with her that i was her new boyfriend......... i knew she was married but still made some jokes and asked for her number, one day i walk in and she asks me to sit with her while i wait for my food (usually go walk around outside) and so i do it was a sunday i ask her when she was going to church she said after work and i said ill meet her there (obv joke)

i didnt go (obv) and 2 days later as i am walking down the street she is coming the other way past me, this is after we have talked basically every day for 10 straight days, i say have a good night and ask where she is going she says home i say ok i come with you and turn to walk with her......... she INSTA flips out, not just a little she goes nuts and starts even saying get him away from me........at first i thought her flipping out was a joke so i took a few more steps with her but then she was causing a major scene so i turned around...... this was all in like a 10 second period in the middle of the day

the next time i went in she approached me sort of cautiously and tried to have a convo but F that i hate fake people, was just amazing how she goes from nice smiling and happy to completely going nuts on me and expects me to want to talk to her after that
She is nice to you because she works in a restaurant and that's her job. She's married. You misunderstood the signals and then made her feel uncomfortable by pretending to follow her to her home when you met her in the street.

Sure 90% of this is simply joke gone bad/cultural barriers/misunderstanding... But don't be that guy.

while i agree with the above...... at 3pm on a somewhat crowded street when someone walks with you that you have talked to every day for 10 days you really dont need to totally freak out after 2 seconds, had i followed her for 50 feet or something i would understand, but it was the insta freak out that was what blew my mind....... also im like totally unthreatening in general

should have asked this but whats the price on those burgers robin?

Yeah, she shouldn't have freaked out, but it's understandable so don't get mad at her.

White guys in the philippines are typically awful human beings, she has almost certainly got all sorts of crap off of customers before, so you need to put it into that context.

Finally, it's part of unbalanced power relationships. As the male, bigger, richer, more powerful, customer who could maybe get her fired, the onus is on you to try not to make her feel uncomfortable or threatened.

Appropriate response would have been for you to apologise the next time you saw her (even if you didn't do anything wrong) simply because your are the more powerful in the relationship.

The other thing is, despite appearances, the Philippines is a completely alien culture at times, this likely won't be the first time where you say or do something completely normal and get an OTT reaction because you have touched a cultural or emotional live wire.

Spoiler:
except its not really shoe girl coming over its random dia chick

only problem is the reason i even initially met this girl is because she had just found out that she was pregnant and her bf ran out on her so she hopped on DIA for a rebound (lucky the ball bounced my way) and her belly grew a bit from last weekend to this weekend im not sure what it will look like next weekend

also has a great overall personality fun to talk to in no way at all annoying to have around my apartment for 3 straight days

cebu would be the nuts if they could figure out the tricky internet thingy

between 150-250 php depending on the size (4 oz or 6oz) and depending on what you want on top of it.

You also get some fries with it but it's like 10 fries total, it's mostly about the burger. Their spaghetti is also reasonable, it's not the sweet filipino spaghetti you get here everywhere.

But I thought you had left cebu a while ago? What happened?

the above girl told me she would hang out again and was worth making a detour for (i assumed it would just be another 1 or 2 night thing but now its an every weekend thing so even better) and the online games completely died 2 months ago so no matter where i was living i wouldnt have earned much so thought this was a good time to give cebu another chance with a more positive attitude, it was awful here last time because i was literally coming off my best month of online poker and the games were still good so not being able to play was soul crushing, this time i dont even care

so here are my DIA dates so far in cebu

first one meet at ayala buy lunch go back to my place to watch a movie had already offered her a massage in texts before because it was her one day off, when we get there she asks about massage which leads to.............

second meet a girl across the street she comes directly to mine we watch movie no communication at all very shy not much english, get none, if she wasnt hot i wouldnt have tried again but she was so invite her over again few days later, more talkative this time but keeps her distance throughout movie 30 minutes before im about to kick her out for bed we are watching music vids on youtube she asks if ive seen the german music video that has live sex in it....... i say no but ask her if she likes porn........ get a bj after watching 2 hours of disgusting porn (she only liked the gross stuff) only bj cuz she on rag

3rd girl comes over but is totally immature just wants to watch cartoons very fun to talk to and hang out with but no fun stuff will ever happen i can tell, gave her a second shot and it was the same doubt ill invite her over again unless its just to hang out

4th girl i was like 98% sure was gonna bang when she came over, comes straight to my room i put on movie she snuggles up real tight i just insta go for it, love when they let u know from the start

5th girl comes over on a day where i cant get anything else going texted so many with no responses she works in IT park first talked to her that day online she basically invites herself over we are sitting on the couch i ask her what she wants to do she says "you" at first im thinking she meant what do i want to do but then i realize......... but she was on the rag so again just got a BJ

most expensive "date" was like $12, the rest were all $5 or less basically just taxi home and a snack

hard to believe this is real

Hey, a word of caution "on the rag, bj only" is what the lady boys say... So I'm placing the odds on one of the those 5 having a penis at at least 25%...

To eat locally yes. As you noted many of the 'American' dishes are just not right.

My favorite is adobo. Preferably chicken so isn't as dry or fatty as pork. But there are a number of dishes at Elias, Abe, 1521, Mangan etc that I would gladly eat daily.

I never get why people say stuff like "you travel all the way across the world only to eat the same as you could at home" seems like such backpacker bs to me. If you prefer western food then eat western food. Its not like the local food is the only reason to visit other countries.

You'd have to try to be so bad at cooking as to make something both dry and fatty, although it wouldn't surprise me in ph.

So true, it's narrow minded not to try the food but if you prefer steak I say chomp away.

k2d, I thought you went with hookers because you were so moral and not leading on girls for relationships. I assume you tell these DIA girls upfront that it's a strictly friends w/ benefits situation and they're happy with that because you're so hot and good at sex?

About the food, it is a mix of western and local food that makes a Countries food great or not. Example, I love the Viet food, and for some reason, they are bang on with the Western food as well (try some of the French restaurants in HCMC, you will be impressed). As far as the Philippines go, while some of the local dishes do have their appeal, neither the local or western food is to write home about (and God I am happy to have had a kitchen for the past 3 months).
