Hi,

We want to rent out our house from the middle of May. It's a 4 bedroom house (2 main + 2 guest/office in St. Julian's (10min. walk from Spinola Bay). It's 1k€+utilities/month.
We have a contract until the middle of August but you can extend it.

You can check the apartment in person any time.

Dont want to ruin your action but I would never take over a whole appartment from someone. Heard to many bad stories about landlords being ridiculous with deposits etc.

Besides that, might wanna use a site like imgur and make an album, so that people dont have to click on 30 seperate links.

Guess you have to careful but if you want an aprtment for long let cost during the summer it might actually be a good deal.
