Why Are US Players Excluded? - Two Plus Two Bonus Program

I know that Internet Texas Holdem offers books to US residents. Can't 2+2 use the same legal argument they do? Or is it just a gray area that is untested and currently too risky? Would the program be likely to accept US players if the UIGEA bill was pushed back a year?

This has to do with our legal advice. We would certainly like to offer this promotion to everyone, but at this time the advice we have received is not to do it. If it changes in the future, then our Bonus Books Program will also change.

Well, 2+2 is fully an US-based company and therefore in much easier reach of the US legal system, while sites like Cake, FTP, Stars, etc, are NOT US based.

The real reason is that we just dont like americans here. They talk too loudly , carry their cameras arround their necks, yet never take photos, chew tabaccee and carry far too many guns around in their huntin pickup trucks

Lol. I'm not even a Repubulican, but I'm pretty sure there are some Dems out there that like tobacco and carry cameras around lol. And, Eastern Kentucky raised hick that I am, I know plenty of Dems that drive around in their muddy pickups killing critters.

The other problem with Americans is they inject politics into conversations where it just doesn't seem to fit quite right. They're also quick to point out they're not like those "other Americans" whenever they feel they must justify their existence to them cool people from across the ocean

Just to inform everyone, both american and japanese tourists always seem to have their cameras around their necks.

THe difference is in the ratio of photos taken by the japs to the yanks. According to my research, this seems to approach infinity, as the japs are happily snapping away, while the yanks never seem to take a single shot
