Set up an account with Party Poker about 5 weeks ago now, immediately earned the 5 points required to have the books released. Had not heard anything for about a month so emailed them asking when I would get the email about which books I want, and they sent some stupid reply (copied from somewhere) explaining how I need however many hundred points to earn my cash bonus. WTF? I didnt email them about any cash bonus, dont care about that, I clearly stated I was enquiring about the 2+2 books.

So I emailed them again, making it extremely clear this time. And..... I get the exact same reply.

Seems like a con to me. Do these idiots actually read emails? Do they actually give out the 2+2 bonus?

Has anyone used them and experienced similar problems?

I think you need more than just 5 points to get the bonus for the books. I signed up last week and i had to collect 100 party points, so as far as i know you need to complete your cash bonus to get the books.

Um yeah 5 points is like nothing so you probably need more than that.

and jesus fish if you scroll down the page you will be enlightened. that rubbish you copied there refers to the real money bonus. as I've said I'm talking about the 2+2 bonus

If you did the $25 offer, all you need is 5 party points for the book part of the promotion. This is probably true for the other offer as well but I'd need to check to be sure. I earned the 5 points in an afternoon and got my confirmation email from 2plus2 a few days later that my books were on the way.

However, it is my understanding that Party Poker only sends confirmation to 2plus2 1-2 times per month. If it's been over 30 days and you haven't heard anything you are supposed to contact 2 plus 2 (go back and read the offer for the contact details).
