how to deal with customs

I have a problem. I fulfilled all requirements to get those 5 books and you sent them to me. But my customs stopped them and are requiring to send an invoice, because there isn't any in the package as I understood.

What should I do?

Slip customs 20 rubles or 20 whatever the local currency is.

Or you could just let them have your younger sister for a half hour or so, dont think they would have any problems after that

Say that there is no invoice because it is a gift? Or that you won the books?
