Sorry if this has already been addressed, but will the new Harrington book on Online Cash Games be available via the bonus program after it is released?

If so, I am assuming it will be a few weeks between when it is generally released and when we can order it via the bonus program.

As with the release of the last Harrington books, if we clear a book bonus before his new release is available, can we hold off on selecting the books we want until his new book is available?
