Everest poker requirements for 5 free poker books?

Free books are sent once you have signed up, made your first deposit, and played in real money games or tournaments. We receive this information from the site approximately twice a month so please be patient.

Does this mean that in order to receive the books, i dont have to play a certain number of hands or earn a certain number of points?

To earn the books you do not need to earn a certain number of points, however, you will be missing out on the cash bonus from everest if you do not play more.

re: Everest poker requirements for 5 free poker books?
I have just signed up for the Everest bonus. The only problem is, is that it says in the terms and conditions on 2+2, that "You must use the bonus code TWO200 when signing up in order to receive the books".
Well i didn't get the option to enter the bonus code whilst i was signing up, i entered the bonus code (through the "add bonus" button on everest) after i downloaded the software.
This wont be a problem, will it?

As long as it accepted the code, you should be fine.

It did accept the code, and it said the bonus is for $100. However, it says the 2+2 bonus is "queued". I think this is because i have to clear their welcome bonus first, and you cant do them both at the same time. Am i correct?

Yes, I'm sure you're correct.
I signed up at Everest for the free books.
At the nano-stakes I was playing, I earned some of the welcome bonus but never got close to clearing it all, and hence never made a start on the 2+2 cash bonus.
Got the books, though, without having to play any minimum number of hands.

Ok cool, i've signed up for everest, deposited, slapped in the bonus code and its marked "queued".
Ive play 1 sng and like 20 mins of cash. Will i still be entitled for the books if i dont play any more for a while?

Yes! pretty easy isn't it?
But, you do miss out on the free $200 if you dont clear the bonus. ($100 from Everest and $100 from 2+2)

re: Everest poker requirements for 5 free poker books?
does twoplustwo need to know the name we use to log in, or the name we use at the table?
Everest use two different names unlike pokerstars, one to log in and another at the table.

On your 2+2 registration for Everest, please enter your screen name (name at the table). If you entered your login, please send a note to me at bonus_support@twoplustwo.com and I can update your registration information for you.

Only see one $100 bonus for Everest!
I registered my 2+2 bonus account using the screenname (one shown during the games) and in the 2+2 acc it says i am confirmed as joining everest on feb 14th. However, unlike a couple of the people listed above, after entering the TWO200 code, I only see the $100 deposit bonus as "Active" (under TWO200) and don't see a "queued" second $100 bonus.
Is there a problem? I thought I had followed all the instructions to successfully register this (click the link to go from 2+2 to get to Everest to download it, etc, etc...)
Thanks.
