Hi, I have a slightly obscure question regarding Everest.
I have signed up for the 2+2 bonus 5 free books program quite a while ago, but at the time I didn't have a way of depositing on their site that they accepted. Out of interest, after inputting the code, how long may I wait before I deposit and still qualify for the bonus? As if I don't still qualify I don't want to waste the money.
