hello
after 5 days of sending an e-mail and receiving an automatic respond with no other follow up, i was wondering if there was any problem with bonus_support@twoplustwo.com services ?
anyone got any info or is it normal to have a waiting period of a week ?
btw, after i registered for the bonus book program i forgot my password
, i press the link to reset my password and awaiting yet again an e-mail from 2+2, and yet again, no e-mail back .
So i have no access to my bonus account.
if i could have help or any info telling me that this waiting situation is normal ,it would be greatly appreciated .
