I would much rather 3 bet with 25-30bbs eff stacks and preferably IP, but in this instance for a 3bet think stacks are still a bit deep and we would see too many flat calls and we're OOP which doesn't make it an ideal spot.

If you 3bet and they hold you have the best hand. I would assume if they know how to button raise they know how to c-bet. So you don't have to hit an A on the flop to continue, you can check call almost any texture.

Also how much would you 3bet to?
If you get flatted, which I feel would happen more often than not, you're in a gross spot list flop.

By 3 betting you fold out worst hands and get action from some hands you beat, but mostly you're behind. By flatting you keep worst hands in and can get value from their bluff ranges.

I'm very confident in my post flop game and would rather flat and c/c most flops assuming I'm ahead. Tough to multi barrel bluff someone with a 30bb stack as well.

This is just my opinion, I don't think 3betting is bad, I would rather call. Also as mentioned, there's a lot of info missing.
