Do I think AK is worthy of my being all-in preflop and at risk against two callers with these stacks and at this point in the tournament? A resounding Nope.

That said, every situation is different, and you played it as well as it can be played, imho. Sometimes it makes no difference how a hand is played, and this looks like one of those times.

There is so much to enjoy from this thread. I can just see Mickey is on the precipice of losing all control and coming out and just being a huge hater on everyone that he soooo badly wants to be. Join the dark side its great here.

Raidalot is right, you other guys should actually learn what is going on in poker.

Busto_Soon is the best, huge fail trying to trash him.

The goal of tournament poker actually IS to mincash but shhhhhh don't tell anyone

I've noticed the dark force in Mickey from a much earlier time.

Mizrachi's shortstacked play is masterful.

If you wanna get right down to it, all three players miscalculated the other two hand strengths. All three were dogs. The correct way to play it was to fold. None of them foresaw that and none folded.
So, at best, it's a bad gamble for all the chips 2 or 3 away from the money.

but obv played very well from sb here even if he puts more emphasis on min cashing than would hv us to believe. too much cev to turn down
