WCOOP 48 5 KO 4bet AKo WCOOP 48 5 KO 4bet AKo

Villain was pretty active and on the loose side. We battled a few BT vs BB pots where he called me light on the river and I also vb light a couple of times.

PF seems fine, I'm obv trying to get it in. On the flop I have about 11k left. Seems like I'm getting very few hands to fold if I shove against a stationy villain (especially in a KO MTT). Is checking and giving up too weak?

I´ll 4bet bigger pre at least 6,3k and checking back this flop as played.

Maybe you misread stacks 6.3 is too big. Giving up is a bit misused in this context, you'll still win on some run outs. And if you're worried it's too obvious what you have you can check some stronger hands too, sometimes you'll miss value on bad run outs vs. Specific hands but also will make more when he has like two overs no flush draw and improves or bluffs. And helps the times you have this hand so he can't just auto barrel you.

fine to check this one back against bb

Awkward spot but think it's a clear shove PF given the dynamic and the fact that BB is the one 3 betting and is less likely to fold than a normal 3 bettor. Any other sizing either gives BB immediate odds or puts in over 1/3 of your stack.

Just noticed it's a KO which makes it a clear cut preflop jam. It's a disaster to let him see a flop when he has bounty equity on you here.

spr 1 just jam your range otf (assuming you don't 4b a ton of trash hands or something)

this texture doesn't connect well at all with the flatter of the 4b

Shove AK with an SPR of 1, as you are usually ahead or like 25% against a pair. I don't think you need to shove AA/KK.

I like this. Shoving flop is just button clicking

i think villain will make a mistake often to a 4b less than ai to make it more profitable than jam, but i wouldn't ever give him 26% or whatever was given here

Shove pre or check back flop, BB could easily have overpair & waiting on check raise
